Construction of a new 6 storey building with 62 rental units certified LEED Silver, located at 60 Place de la Côte-Vertu in Ville Saint-Laurent. The building is composed of an entirely concrete structure with a mezzanine, exterior finishes are masonry and metal siding and an underground garage with approximately sixty parking spaces.
