Former monastery of the Recluse missionaries erected in 1957 in Saint-Jérôme was converted into a school in 2018. The Amélio campus is the first in Quebec to adopt an educational approach based on learning through play. The main focus of the renovation of the building was on the redevelopment of the interior surfaces. This project allowed for the integration of classrooms, an early childhood centre, a cafeteria, a multipurpose room with acoustics and administrative spaces, all with a high-end wood interior finish.
