Located in the heart of the Ahuntsic-Cartierville district, on Sauvé Street West, within walking distance of the Ahuntsic train station and a stone's throw from Marché Central, the Voltige Panora project is taking shape. This large-scale, integrated project will feature condos, apartments for rent, retail space and offices.The tower, which will include 214 rental units and condos for purchase, will house, among other things, an urban chalet with a gym, a multi-purpose room, a roof terrace with a community garden, a swimming pool, an exercise area and an outdoor BBQ area. A 2-storey underground parking garage with over 200 parking spaces will also be available.Our mandate was initially divided into 3 phases. The first phase was the construction of the sales office, followed by demolition of the existing shopping center, before excavation of the site for the first 26-storey tower.The professionals assigned to this project are Atelier Chaloub Architectes, NCK Inc. and Beaudoin, Hurens Inc.The official launch of the Voltige Panora project took place on October 25, in the presence of Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough mayor Pierre Gagnier and a number of key partners associated with the project.To find out more about the project and its launch, please click on the two links below.
