This project involves the construction of a multi-unit residential building with 31 rental units spread over four stories, with no basement. The building’s structure is made of concrete, and the exterior cladding is primarily brick. Generous windows have been incorporated to maximize natural light. The project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2026.
