This magnificent project involves completing the construction of a boutique hotel on Laurier Street, which was put on hold during the pandemic from 2020 to 2023. The upscale establishment will feature 30 guest rooms, as well as two restaurants, an exhibition gallery, and a cinema space, offering a modern and distinctive environment in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal/Mile End neighborhood.
Since the building’s concrete structure was completed in 2019, our mandate as general contractor covers the full completion of the project: construction of the building’s exterior envelope, coordination of interior work, and execution of all interior finishes, in accordance with the plans and specifications provided by professionals and faithful to the designs envisioned by the architects and owners. The work will take place over a period of approximately 12 months, with substantial completion scheduled for September 2026.
